Raw Chocolate Pudding-Mousse

This raw dessert is sweet and chocolaty. It is thick but also fluffy so it is something between a Pudding and a Mousse.

And here is how you can make your own.

Ingedients for one lage or two smaller servings:

190-200ml Water

2 tbsp (15g) Coconut Flakes*

2 + 1/4 tsp (8g) Basil Seeds

2 tbsp (15g) Cacao Powder* (you can also use cocoa powder)

Pinch of grounded Vanilla Bean (add more if you like, of course you can use vanilla extract, fresh vanilla bean...)

15g (two small or one large) Dates (more if you want it sweeter)

Add everything into a high speed blender and let it sit for a few minutes.

Then blend everything together until smooth.

Your can serve it immediately or put it into the fridge and let it thicken a litte.
