One Dough - Many Cookies


I have a new recipe for you, which you can change up just the way you like. These cookies are little sweet, because I am not a "super sweet eater", and I think they are great as Breakfast Cookies, if you like to have breakfast.

Base Ingedients for 3 Variations:

3/4 Cup (90g) Oats, roughtly blended*

3/4 Cup (112,5g) Buckwheat Flour

1/4 - 3/8 tsp Nutmeg, optional

1/4 - 3/8 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

3/8 tsp Baking Soda

1 Cup (255-279g) Fruit Puree (bought or homemade, I used a mix out of 65% Apple and 35% Banana)

1 - 3 tbsp Water

If you want it sweeter add a sweeterner of choice


Devide into three and add:

First: 2 - 3 tsp freezdied Coffee, when the cookies are on the batch ad Cherries

Second: 10-15g chopped Chocolate (I used 85%) + 1tsp Cocoa Powder*

Third: plain, when on batch stamp a little cross or circle or any shape into the middle that you later can add Peanutbutter* on the cookies without it drop down

Of course you can use any kind of flavours you like be creative and you can also make only one third, it is easy to divide.


Hot to:

Put the dry Base Ingredients into a bowl and mix. Than add the wet ones and mix again.

Divide and add the flavourings, mix.

Put the dough on a backing-/ parchment paper (6 cookies per dough mix), make a stamp into the plain cookie dough and press cherries into the coffee dough and bake for 13-20 Minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C/ 355°F.

Add Peanutbutter to the plain cookies while still hot or after they cooled down, your choice.
