Lemon Sand Cake Bliss Balls

These Bliss Balld do remind me of sand cake, because it is a little crumbly in the mouth.

I hope you will enjoy them.


50g Almonds

50g Cashews

100g dried Apricots

Lemon Peel (I used the peel of about 1/3 of a lemon, cutted of thin with a sharp knife, but you can also use dried lemon peel)


put the Almonds and Cashews and Lemon Peel into a high speed blender or food processor and blend until everything is very fine, then stirr and blend again for 10 to 20 seconds. Then add the Apricots and blend again. I recommend to blend 3 times with a stirr between each.

And they already are done. Roll them into balls or eat it as crumbles on your fruit bowls.

You also can exchange some of the nuts for nut protein. I used 10g less almonds and added 10g almond protein. Of course you also can double the recipe.
