And again I have a very simple recipe for you.
And as I am bad in introduction I start right away.
3/4 Cup (100g) finely shredded Zucchini
1-1/2 tbsp (18g-25g) Maple Syrup
1 tbsp (15ml) Aquafaba (Chickpea Water) or Water
small pinch of Salt
bit of any kind of Vanilla
1 tbsp + 1tsp (17,5g) Chichpea Flour
2 tbsp (15g) Cocoa Powder
2 tbsp (20g) Corn Starch
Leave the flour/ powders out and mix the other ingredients together. When "smooth" put the flours, one after an other, into the wet mixture and stirr at the same time.
Heat up a pan and let the pancake mixture drop into it... (I made 6 pancakes, but you can make minis or a very big one.)
